Pressed Belly of Pork 

Brilliant, brilliant recipe of Gordon Ramsay. Very cheap, easy to make, and in the words of Gordon it’s, “Fucking delicious.” 

The gravy was a little salty because I had to use store bought stock but I’ll make it again when I have time to make my own stock. Long cooking time but it’s perfectly worth it.
